Education
Scholarships, digital classrooms and teacher training across continents.
The Changrang Association exists for one primary purpose: to carry forward the legacy of Sir Chang Taik Sang (창랑, 滄浪) — a founding father of the Republic of Korea, its first Foreign Minister and third Prime Minister — together with the educational lifework of his daughter, Dr. Chang Byoung-Hye.
The Association takes its name from Changrang (창랑, 滄浪, “Blue Wave”), the art name of Sir Chang Taik Sang — independence activist, statesman, and connoisseur of Korea's classical art. Everything we build is in service of that legacy.
We extend it through the educational lifework of his daughter, Dr. Chang Byoung-Hye, in scholarships, teacher development, character formation, the Changrang Academy and the Great Mother initiative — uniting Korean tradition with the technologies of the next century.
