Peggy Chang · Daughter of Sir Chang Taik Sang
Inheriting her father's patriotic conviction, Dr. Chang Byoung-Hye devoted her life to a different but parallel calling: education as the highest moral act of a civilization.
As an educator, scholar and mentor she shaped generations of students and teachers — insisting that wisdom, character and compassion stand at the center of every classroom.
After her passing, her daughters established the Changrang Association to ensure that her immaculate educational legacy — and the family's patriotic spirit — would continue to serve future generations worldwide.
Her teachings now live online as Great-Mother — the world's first digital wisdom institution, built directly on her educational philosophy and open to families and educators worldwide.
김효진 · Acting Chairman, Changrang Association
Mr. Ghim Hyo-Jin serves as Acting Chairman, carrying forward Dr. Chang's vision with renewed energy and a global outlook. His appointment marks a profound moment of expectation for the Association's mission of educating humanity.
The institutional home of this work is Interchang — the Association's online school carrying the Changrang educational mission worldwide — together with Great-Mother, the Association's digital wisdom institution carrying Dr. Chang's philosophy into a global, multilingual classroom.
Under his leadership, the Association is seeking to advance its scholastic mission through prospective partnerships with the University of Edinburgh — where Sir Chang Taik Sang once studied as the first Asian student — and other leading institutions worldwide. These early-stage initiatives aim to expand the Changrang Academy, the Great Mother AI project, and international scholarship programs across Korea, the United Kingdom, Thailand, Japan and beyond.
